Thank You Father for the total victory that sin no longer is put to this personal account. Justice has been satisfied by the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank You for Your forgiveness and for victory over sin, the second death, and deliverance from hell. Thank you for eternal life! Thank You for Jesus Your Son that obtained that victory for every believer on the cross at Calvary.

This is a victory over the devil whose plot against people began in the garden. The works of the devil aimed to kill, steal, and destroy have been spoiled. Thank You for victory over the prince of this world and all of his evil devices. Praise God! Your children share Jesus’ victory as a gift from You, all by Your mercy and grace through faith.

Always remind this pilgrim of the eternal vs. the temporary. This world and its pain is fleeting and not compared to the eternal life of rejoicing where tears of sorrow are no more and this pilgrim’s eyes will see Jesus face to face. This victory is heralded by the resurrection of Your Son and the promise of our mortal bodies also to be gloriously resurrected.

is the truth, You are the truth. You are the strength in the face of every temptation, and You are the source of being steadfast in spite of every hardship under the sun. You are peace within to repel the grip of anxiety. You are joy within to deliver from the teeth of depression. You keep this pilgrim by Your power, as all that are begotten unto a lively hope are, enlightened by Your Spirit, having a discerning of truth from error. You are wisdom that none can resist. Help this pilgrim to see all possibilities for every perfect gift that comes from You through the eyes of faith.
